CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of a program prior to 7 days before the start of the program is eligible for a full refund. Cancellation of a program within the 7 day period immediately prior to the start of the program will receive an NCIM credit on the participant’s account that must be used prior to June 1, 2020, after which it will expire and no refund or further credit will be issued. No refund or credit will be issued for any programs after the start of the first session of that program. No refund or credit will be given for any missed sessions of any program.
In addition to the policies set out above, NCIM will provide a full refund if a customer requests a refund within 24 hours of their purchase, provided that the program or session or race requested to be refunded does not commence within 24 hours of their original purchase.
NCIM reserves the right to issue refunds in other rare and exceptional cases. Injury, loss/change of employment, or a move away from town such that the participant cannot make it to their purchased program or race(s) will NOT be considered a rare and exceptional case, and NO REFUND beyond that provided for in the policies set out above will be given in these circumstances.
