PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

National Cycling Institute Milton (“NCIM”) program participants must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or be registered by, and with consent of, their parent or legal guardian. Personal information provided to NCIM will be used and disclosed in accordance with the NCIM privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If a participant registers for a race and cancels out of that race earlier than 24 hours prior to the start of that race, the race pass will go back on the participant’s account and may be used for a future race of that series prior to the end of that racing season.  If a participant registers for a race and cancels out of that race within 24 hours of the start of that race, or if the participant is a no-show for that race, the race pass will be considered used.  In all cases, all race passes of every kind expire at the end of the racing season to which they apply.  No refund or credit will be given for any expired passes.  The 2020/2021 racing season is TBD.

In addition to the policies set out above, NCIM will provide a full refund if a customer requests a refund within 24 hours of their purchase, provided that the program or session or race requested to be refunded does not commence within 24 hours of their original purchase.

NCIM reserves the right to issue refunds in other rare and exceptional cases.  Injury, loss/change of employment, or a move away from town such that the participant cannot make it to their purchased program or race(s) will NOT be considered a rare and exceptional case, and NO REFUND beyond that provided for in the policies set out above will be given in these circumstances.

Season and Half Season Passes

A season (or half season) race pass for a particular race series permits the holder to participate in any or all (or half of any and all) of the races in that series during the racing season to which the pass applies.  No refund or credit will be given for any races not attended by the season (or half season) race pass holder.  The season (or half season) race pass expires at the end of the racing season to which it applies.  No refund or credit will be given for any expired passes. The 2020/2021 racing season is TBD.

Single Session Passes

A single session race pass for a particular race series in a particular racing season permits the holder to attend one race of that series during that racing season.  If unused at the end of that racing season it expires and no refund or credit will be issued. In the event of over enrollment in a particular race, priority will be given first to season pass holders, then to half season pass holders and finally to single session pass holders. The 2020/2021 racing season is TBD.

LIABILITY WAIVER

No participant may apply for, register in, or participate in a program without having submitted a signed or accepted Acknowledgment of Risk, Release and Terms of Agreement.

Together, the MNCC and NCIM are offering a full range of indoor track cycling opportunities to service cyclists of all abilities within the community and beyond.
