Andrew Scott

June 4, 2021

If you’ve been to an NCIM race night over the past few year’s you’ve probably seen Andrew Scott racing, a big tall ex-BMX racer with a huge turn of speed. Andrew was in the YHP program when the NCIM started in 2017 and has slowly worked his way up the ranks- attending Junior Worlds and is now a member of Cycling Canada’s NextGen Programs. We liked him so much we put him in a blue shirt and he’s now coaching both youth and adults on Friday nights!

Q: What is your goal for 2021 and beyond?

My goal for 2021 and beyond is to make Next-Gen and represent Canada at the international level.

There are so many things to love, about track cycling, from the speed to the friendships made, and the constant support from everyone involved
